MedXcel offers CLIA-waived testing and in house phlebotomy to service our industrial clients as well as the public. Currently, MedXcel is contracting with several reference labs to provide test results from CBC to Zinc blood levels. Most reporting is done overnight.
The MedXcel staff is well versed in HASMAT requirements and BENZENE physical requirements for blood level monitoring. The results from the baseline testing are stored on site to compare annually or after any potential exposure.
MedXcel is also happy to offer our blood lab services to private pay customers. Many times routine blood work is required as a part of a pre-operative work up. The MedXcel staff collects and reports results directly to the surgeon in order to speed up the pre-operative process. Remember, this is all done on a walk-in basis. No appointment is necessary.
